With a collaborative national team and an ambitious growth strategy, the firm is now looking to appoint an established Education Partner to further strengthen its presence and build upon its outstanding reputation within the sector.
The Opportunity
- Take a prominent role within a nationally recognised Education practice, with opportunities available across Liverpool, London, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Birmingham.
- Advise schools, academy trusts, colleges, universities and independent education providers on a broad range of strategic legal and regulatory matters.
- Support clients on governance, safeguarding, constitutional issues, commercial arrangements, employment matters, student issues and regulatory compliance.
- Work alongside colleagues across Employment, Commercial, Real Estate, Construction, Data Protection and Dispute Resolution to deliver joined-up, sector-focused advice.
- Develop long-standing client relationships while identifying new opportunities to expand the firm's presence within the education sector.
- Act as a trusted adviser to governing bodies, executive leadership teams and trustees on complex and business-critical issues.
- Contribute to thought leadership, sector engagement and business development initiatives that further enhance the firm's profile.
- Help shape the continued success and strategic direction of the national Education team.
