  • Provide regular project updates and highlight risks, issues, delays or dependencies.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project-related enquiries.
  • Prepare, maintain and distribute project documentation, reports, action logs and meeting minutes.
  • Support project meetings, including occasional attendance at company sites and client locations.
  • Assist with gathering project requirements and coordinating mobilisation activities.
  • Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and coordinating equipment, supplies and services required for projects.
  • Ensure project records remain accurate, current and readily available to stakeholders.

About You

We're looking for someone who can build strong working relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders while keeping multiple projects moving forward.

You will demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with wider teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability when priorities change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence using technology and project administration tools.
  • Drive, resilience and determination.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a project coordination, project administration or project support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience maintaining project plans, reports and project documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting the mobilisation of operational projects, service launches or business change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • PRINCE2 qualification or working knowledge of PRINCE2 methodologies.

If you're an organised project professional who enjoys bringing structure, coordination and momentum to complex projects, we'd love to hear from you.
