An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Event Operations Manager to take the lead on the planning and delivery of two annual, large-scale outdoor events.
This is a key operational role, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex, high-volume events from initial planning through to live event execution.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
☑️ Strong outdoor event operations experience, ideally within festivals, agricultural shows, live events or a similar environment.
☑️ Proven experience managing a high volume of exhibitors, from onboarding and logistics through to event delivery.
☑️ Excellent contract negotiation skills, with the ability to manage suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders effectively.
☑️ Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, risk management and event compliance, with experience ensuring large-scale events meet all relevant requirements.
☑️ Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
