Early Years Practitioner - Blackpool About the Role We are looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children and supporting their development in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Observe, assess, and track children's progress Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Promote positive behaviour and social development Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times Requirements Proven experience working as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or similar role Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Relevant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent) Excellent communication and teamwork skills A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach What We Offer Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities for professional development Competitive salary The chance to make a real difference in early childhood development
