- Support and supervise an allocated number of foster carers by providing advice and guidance
- Work collaboratively with a range of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of fostering procedures and regulations
- Prepare detailed reports and manage case documentation efficiently
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service Requirements for the Senior Social Worker role: To succeed in this role, you must have a degree or equivalent in social work and be registered with Social Work England. Demonstrated significant frontline experience within the UK social services is essential, particularly in roles involving fostering or similar.
