Project Coordinator

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to project teams to ensure efficient project delivery
• Managing incoming emails, calls and correspondence on behalf of the team
• Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems
• Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes where required
• Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements in line with company policy
• Managing diaries and schedules to optimise team productivity
• Preparing documents, spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Office 365
• Processing expenses and supporting other project-related administration
• Supporting project inductions and site requirements as required
• Ensuring project documentation is accurate, controlled and up to date
• Assisting with project reporting and general office administration
• Supporting colleagues during periods of absence or increased workload

Who we're looking for

• Previous administration, project support or project co-ordination experience
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Able to work independently, using initiative and sound judgement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A collaborative approach with a willingness to support the wider team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Flexible and willing to travel to our Ayrshire project locations when required
• Full UK driving license
