Compensation : Up to £150,000 Base + Bonus
Location: London (Hybrid)
Overview
A boutique quant trading firm is seeking an exceptional graduate to join a world-class front-office team of some of the brightest quantitative minds in the industry. With an effectively unlimited technology budget, a strong performance-driven culture, and a flat, non-bureaucratic structure, this is a rare opportunity to launch a career at the very top of quantitative finance.
The Role
You will work in a highly collaborative front-office environment, contributing directly to the design and development of fully automated, high-performance trading systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining ultra-low-latency, automated trading infrastructure
Researching, testing, and deploying your own trading models
Writing production-grade code in Python and/or C++ (team dependent)
Collaborating closely with senior researchers and technologists
Requirements
A top-tier degree from a highly reputed university in a STEM discipline (Computer Science or Mathematics strongly preferred)
Outstanding fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, probability, and statistics
Strong programming ability in a modern language such as Python or C++
Demonstrated passion for technology through personal projects, hackathons, meet-ups, or research
