The Role

As a Warehouse Operative working in the Box Chill, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. Working within a chilled warehouse environment, you will be responsible for palletising products to customer specifications while maintaining quality, safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

Stacking trays onto pallets in line with customer requirements

Handling and lifting trays weighing up to 22kg

Working efficiently within a fast-paced chilled environment

Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Supporting general warehouse and production activities as required

Have previous warehouse or production experience (desirable but not essential)

Schedule:

Day Shift Schedule

• Working Days: 4 days per week
• Shift Hours: 06:00 - finish
• Rolling Rest Day: One weekday off, rotating Monday through Friday

Example Rotation:

• Week 1: Monday - Rest Day
• Week 2: Tuesday - Rest Day
• Week 3: Wednesday - Rest Day
• Week 4: Thursday - Rest Day
• Week 5: Friday - Rest Day

Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than experience.
