What We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking motivated and caring Early Years Assistants in Luton who:

• Are passionate about working with children

• Can travel to nurseries across Luton and surrounding areas

• Are 17 or older (to meet Ofsted staffing requirements)

• Have childcare experience (preferred, but not essential)

• Are reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

Your Role as a Nursery Assistant

Your responsibilities will include:

All Early Years and Nursery Assistants need to have a clear understanding of Safeguarding children, Prevent, Online safety and Female Genital Mutilation or be willing to complete the training prior to starting work.

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for all Nursery Assistant staff.
