Description: Part-time/Full Time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Aberdare.
• £13.50 PER UDA
• 50% - 55% split on private to Associate
• 50% split on lab bills
• Existing, well maintained patient list - Taking over Principal list (reducing days)
• Fully computerised surgeries - 5 Surgery practice
• 4 Associates on site for additional support
• Trios Scanner, Intraoral Cameras
• Rotary Endo, Digital X-rays
• Qualified nurse support
• FREE parking on site
• Full support team
• 15 minutes from Merthyr Tydfil, 20 minutes from Pontypridd and 40 minutes from Cardiff
• Available now, start date negotiable

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
