We are seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to become part of our friendly Early Years team from September 2026. About the Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children within our Early Years setting. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help create a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports every child to thrive. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification that is suitable for working in an Early Years setting.Has a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Is passionate about supporting young children's learning and development.Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.Works well as part of a team while also using their own initiative.Builds positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
