Premises & Facilities Manager - Leicester - East Midlands
The Role An innovative secondary school in Leicester is seeking a meticulous Premises Manager for a full-time, permanent role starting ASAP. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys the technical mastery of maintaining a safe, inspiring campus where zero learning time is lost to site issues.

Requirements * Experience in facilities management, estates, or a senior trade role.
Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance, COSHH, and fire safety regulations.
A collaborative spirit and a commitment to maintaining a well-ordered environment.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits * Full-time, permanent contract.
