This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. Certificate of Sponsorship

- 10,000 patients
- 5 GP Practice, currently one partner and four Salaried GP's
- 2 experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners
- Diabetes Nurse
- Clinical Pharmacist
- Pharmacy Technician
- In house First Contact Practitioner
- Full Management team of Practice Manager, Quality Manager and Administration Manager
- SystmOne clinical system
- Total triage using Accurx and E-consult
- Minimal administration work for GPs with pathways for letters, lab results and other admin work.
- Actively involved with Redcar Coastal Primary Care Network
- Professional development encouraged in areas of interest.
