Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
Location : Swindon
Salary : Up to £37,000 per annum (+ progression and client development earnings)
Hours: Full-Time
Contract: Permanent

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Lead, manage, and develop care and office-based teams
- Maintain and grow local authority relationships, particularly with Wiltshire County Council
- Support business development by bringing new clients on board
- Oversee rotas, care planning, and service performance
- Drive continuous improvement across the service
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong working knowledge of local authority commissioning, particularly Wiltshire County Council
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (attained or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence — essential
- Must live and work within Wiltshire — essential for client development
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Domiciliary care
- Approximately 1,000 care hours per week
- Mix of local authority and private packages
- Predominantly local authority funded
Swindon, Chippenham, Devizes, Marlborough, Calne, Wroughton, Royal Wootton Bassett and surrounding areas.
