We are recruiting Driver's Mates to join a leading kitchen distribution company based in Rochester. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 12-week period, with access to bonus schemes and future HGV Class 2 training opportunities.

The Role:
- Assisting drivers with deliveries of flat-packed kitchens to residential and commercial sites
- Loading, unloading and safely moving products
- Carrying out heavy lifting as part of a two-person delivery team
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
- Supporting drivers in completing daily routes
What We're Looking For:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to start between 4:00am and 6:00am
- Own transport essential due to early start times
- Willing to undergo pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing in line with company policy
