We are currently recruiting Porters / Driver's Mates to join our client based in Rochester, Kent . This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time permanent position after a successful 12-week period, with excellent benefits and career progression.
What You'll Get

- Guaranteed 48-hour working week (9-10 hour shifts)
- Monday to Friday only - no weekends!

Role Responsibilities
- Assisting drivers with the delivery of flat-packed kitchens to homes and construction sites
- Handling heavy lifting - physically demanding role
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
- Ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently
- Working as part of a team to complete daily delivery routes
✅ What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
- Ability to start early (between 4am - 6am)
- Own transport is essential due to early start times
- Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing
⚠️ Important: Drug & Alcohol Testing
Please note: Drug testing is carried out at induction and randomly once permanent.
Testing is conducted via a saliva-based test , which can detect substance use over a longer period (including previous weeks/months) rather than just recent use.
