Financial Services Administrator x 2

An excellent opportunity for two Financial Services Administrators to join a successful national IFA practice, based in either Aberdeen or Inverness.

You will provide administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers, ensuring new business and client requests are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and chase new business applications through to completion
• Maintain accurate client and plan records on Intelligent Office
• Upload and manage client documentation and correspondence
• Assist advisers with provider platforms, cash management and trades
• Prepare quotations, applications and client meeting paperwork
• Handle client, Adviser and provider queries
• Process policy claims and other client requests
• Manage day-to-day tasks and provide wider administrative support

About You

• Previous financial services/IFA administration experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of financial products, providers and FCA requirements
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident using technology and back-office systems
• Intelligent Office experience is desirable
