- Support the successful delivery of ongoing business transformation and change initiatives.
- Coach and challenge senior leaders to build high-performing teams and sustainable business outcomes.
- Lead talent, succession and capability agendas to ensure future workforce readiness.
- Manage and develop an established HR and learning team.
- Influence business decision-making through insight, data and commercial acumen.
