The Role: Visual Assistant
This isn't your average shop floor job. As a visual cast advisor at Flannels, you're the face of luxury retail: the first impression, the trusted stylist, the reason customers come back. You'll create moments that feel personal, polished, and effortlessly premium, from the second the doors open.

What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer like they're walking into somewhere special, because they are.
- Ask the right questions, listen properly, and style with intent.
- Stay sharp on collections, brands, and trends so your recommendations land.
- Bring promotions, loyalty perks, and the little extras to life.
- Handle transactions with accuracy and confidence.
- Keep the shop floor looking flawless. Presentation is non-negotiable. experience in visual merchandising
- Get the store trade-ready every morning through replenishment and prep.
