KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Catering Leader for our client based in the Crewe area.
As a Catering Leader your working hours and days will be:
* 5 out of 7 days per week
* 37.5 hour per week The rate of pay as a Catering Leader is: * £33,000- £35,000 per annum The duties and responsibilities as a Catering Leader are: * Over see day-to-day running of the catering service, including food preparation, menu planning
* Ensure high standards of food hygiene, health and safety and customer service
* Make sure stock control is being performed
* Ensuring budgets are met
* Supervising catering staff and volunteers The ideal candidate for a Catering Leader would require: * Previous experience supervising caterers and volunteers
* Previous experience in a catering environment
* Good time keeping skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
