The Role: Working as part of our specialist payroll team, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates. You'll focus on permanent and interim placements across the North West region, leveraging our strong market presence and established client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and meetings, understanding their business needs and culture
• Source high-calibre payroll professionals through various channels, including our extensive database, referrals, and proactive headhunting
• Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking detailed job briefs to offer negotiation and placement

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in recruitment, ideally with experience in payroll, finance, or HR placements
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent relationship building and networking skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Deep understanding of the North West business landscape
