Prepare vaccination areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised environment Administer COVID-19 and flu vaccines safely and efficiently in line with current clinical guidance and protocols Carry out patient assessments, obtain informed consent, and complete pre-vaccination health checks Identify, manage, and appropriately escalate any clinical incidents or adverse reactions Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in line with organisational requirements Support and reassure patients throughout the vaccination process, including providing aftercare advice where required Deliver health and lifestyle advice, including blood pressure checks, smoking cessation support, and BMI assessment Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to infection prevention and control policies at all times
