Our client, a leading Trust firm, with several international offices, is seeking to appoint a Corporate Secretariat, Senior Administrator , who wants to build a rewarding career.
T he role will give you the opportunity to develop your Company Secretarial skills under the guidance of the firm's Company Secretary . You should be familiar with multi-jurisdictional statutory requirements and able to take meeting notes electronically. The ideal candidate will also need to be studying towards a relevant qualification.
In this role, y ou will be working in a friendly and progressive environment as a member of the team to undertake a broad range of duties .
You will need to have effective communication skills and the ability to converse with a range of people, the ability to identify and resolve non-complex issues, the ability to prioritise and complete tasks to achieve deadlines , with the ability to work to specified standards and service levels and propose solutions to resolve straight forward daily problems .
