Secondary Teacher

CER are currently recruiting a consistent and impactful Secondary Teacher to support a welcoming Secondary School in Whiston. This role is starting in September and represents an ideal role for qualified or newly-qualified teachers looking for reliable work in a school environment that is proud of the work it is doing.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching at KS3/KS4
• Strong classroom/behavioural management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS3/KS4 lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Support the social and emotional development of pupils
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Contribute to the wider school community
