Role: Senior Creative Producer (Contractor) Project: Ruthie's Table 4 FTC 6-9 months Over six seasons, Ruthie's Table 4 has evolved from a successful podcast into an exciting digital platform. The platform now encompasses podcasts, YouTube, social media, live events, partnerships and a growing community of guests, listeners and sponsors. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Producer to help shape the next phase of the platform's development. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and editorial leader who understands that great content is not simply about interviews, but about culture, curiosity, relationships and storytelling. The Mission The role is responsible for helping ensure that every aspect of the platform reflects the values, standards and sensibility associated with Ruth Rogers and The River Cafe. Working closely with Ruthie, the successful candidate will help develop conversations, shape stories, support guests and create a distinctive editorial identity across podcast, social, events and new formats. Responsibilities Editorial development and guest shaping Research and story development Episode planning and preparation Supporting and developing Ruthie's interviewing approach Creative oversight of social, photography and visual assets Development of new formats and companion content Live recordings and special projects Oversight of production and post-production workflows Working with the wider team to maintain consistency across all touchpoints Who We're Looking For You will have a proven track record in creating and delivering a successful podcast and the social content ecosystem around it. This is not simply a production role. It is a creative leadership role helping shape one of the most distinctive cultural platforms in media.
