Relief Support Worker
£13.45 per hourPart-time, Temporary
At Real Life Options we provide person centred support to enable the Supported Person to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.
You'll be working alongside an experienced and friendly team in a role that gives you the opportunity to make a real difference. We're looking for committed and caring individuals who have great communication skills. What You'll Do Support individuals with personal care, medication, cooking, and household tasks Enable involvement in the local community and promote independence Communicate with medical professionals and implement support plans and risk assessments Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided Communicate effectively with the team, family members Work independently and as part of a supportive team Manual handling Shift Patterns Regular shifts will be between 8am and 10pm but can change depending on the Supported Person and you may occasionally be required to cover Waking Night Shifts. You will be required to work across the week and weekend.
