We are looking for an experienced people manager who has a
strong track record of leading a small, full-time team alongside
managing a large pool of casual staff, ideally within large-scale
events such as festivals, stadiums or other high-volume
environments.This is a growing, fast-paced business who is looking for someone
to take the lead and have full responsibility for the casual
staffing operations including onboarding, training and
scheduling. The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality, events or
similar high-volume environment, with proven experience recruiting
and managing large numbers of casual staff. Strong organisational
skills, confident leadership and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment are essential.This is a full-time role based in a Central London office 4 days a
week with the expectation of travelling to sites around the UK on a
regular basis. Please note, you will be required to work
weekends and evenings in this role.
