Packing Operative, Barnsley
£12.71 per hourDue to a busy period we are currently looking for a Packing Operative to join our family run client based in Hoyland, Barnsley who specialise in the Manufacturing Industry.
Key Details:
- Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm
- £12.71 per hour
- Onsite parking
- Canteen facilities available
- No weekends!
Duties:
- Packaging of manufactured goods for despatch
- Quality checking of finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications
- Movement of stock to correct locations safely
- Ensuring deliveries are labelled correctly ready for customer’s deliveries
- Working efficiently & effectively to ensure deliveries are sent out on time
- Liasing with other departments, as and when needed
- Other duties, as and when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience required working in a similar role
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Candidate must be living locally or have own transport due to location
