We are looking for a motivated and experienced registered nurse who can demonstrate: You are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Significant post-registration clinical experience, ideally within palliative care, hospice care, oncology or a related specialty. Proven leadership and management experience within an inpatient or community healthcare setting. Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care. Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills. Experience of managing teams, developing staff and leading change. Knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement and workforce management. A compassionate, inclusive and collaborative leadership style.
