Find My Staff are recruiting a maintenance administrator on behalf of our client based in Hornchurch. The working days are Monday-Friday from 8.30am-5pm Within this role you be working specifically with the maintenance department and reporting to the maintenance manager. The duties will include:
- Maintaining maintenance records
- Monitoring compliance and performance
- Co-ordinating contractors and suppliers
- Giving full admin support to the maintenance department
- Providing regular reports
- Raising PO orders
- Producing accurate records for audit and inspection
