About the Role

This role is about much more than caring for children. You'll help shape their earliest experiences by creating engaging learning opportunities, supporting their development, celebrating their achievements and building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality care and learning experiences.
• Planning and delivering engaging play-based activities.
• Observing and supporting children's learning and development.
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Promoting children's confidence, independence and wellbeing.
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety procedures at all times.

What You'll Bring

• A recognised Early Years qualification (or willingness to work towards one where appropriate).
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Knowledge of child development and early years practice.
• A caring, flexible and positive approach.
