Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Hedge End

You will play a key part in supporting teaching and learning across the school, including: * Leading whole‑class sessions using prepared lesson plans * Delivering small‑group interventions (including SEND and catch‑up support) * Supporting behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment * Working closely with teachers to plan, adapt and evaluate learning * Providing feedback on pupil progress * Helping to create engaging resources and learning activities * Supporting pupils during transitions, breaks and school trips We're looking for someone who has * HLTA status, CACHE Level 3, or an Education‑related degree * Experience supporting learning in a primary setting * A positive, proactive approach and strong communication skills * A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) * The right to work in the UK and two references What you'll receive * Competitive daily pay * Weekly pay and a dedicated consultant * Free safeguarding training * Access to CPD including Team Teach, Autism Awareness and Positive Behaviour * Refer‑a‑Friend bonus (earn up to £150 collectively) Apply today
