Recruitment Administrator

An established and fast-growing international organisation is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support its European Talent Acquisition function. Your new role

You'll provide critical administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

• Provide end-to-end administrative support to the European recruitment team
• Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive and timely experience
• Support job posting and advertisement management across multiple platforms
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment data
• Coordinate interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates
• Assist with onboarding activities and pre-employment checks
• Produce recruitment reports and ensure accurate record keeping
• Support high-volume hiring across both technical and corporate functions

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience using ATS or HR systems (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
