As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will have the opportunity to take on increasingly responsible FCA administration duties , with full training and support provided throughout.

Responsibilities:

Initially

• Welcoming clients and visitors
• Managing incoming calls and emails
• Maintaining meeting rooms and reception areas
• Providing general administrative support
• Managing post and office supplies
• Assisting with scheduling and diary management

As You Progress

• Supporting regulatory and FCA-related administration
• Assisting with compliance processes
• Preparing and maintaining client documentation
• Supporting advisers and senior team members
• Developing specialist knowledge within financial services
