Check inbound goods and delivery paperwork for accuracy.
Verify quantities and product details against delivery documentation. Accurately enter goods receipt information into warehouse management systems. Liaise with warehouse colleagues to ensure stock is processed efficiently. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Adhere to all site health & safety procedures. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Clerk/Data Entry Clerk to support our Goods in Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually checking goods received into the warehouse, ensuring delivery information is accurate, and entering data into our in-house systems in a timely manner., Previous administration, data entry, or warehouse clerical experience preferred. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with computer systems and data input. Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills. Reliable with a strong attendance record. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail, and can support the efficient flow of stock into the warehouse. Shifts Available: Dayshift (6am-2pm) Backshift (2pm-10pm) Nightshift (10pm-6am) You would need to be available Monday - Friday and possible Sundays working 5 out of the 6 days. This is a FULL-TIME role. Pay rate: from 12.71p/h You will receive 1 week's training; this would be during the day for the first week.
