Optometrist opportunity - Family Independent - £45k - £60k Are you a qualified Optometrist looking to take the next exciting step in your career? Prospect Health's Optical Division is actively seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Optometrist to join a prestigious independent group of practices operating across Cambridge and Colchester. This family-run business, spanning three generations, has grown from a single practice to now operating across six sites. With an excellent track record of staff retention, the business is looking for a dedicated Optometrist who will become an integral part of the team someone clinically confident, approachable, and passionate about delivering traditional optometry. Key Duties

• Flexible working hours: Choose between part-time (2-5 days a week) or full-time hours, with full-time roles spanning across at least two locations.
• Operating hours: Store hours generally range from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Saturdays are by appointment only, with no Sunday shifts.
• A family-run, independent practice known for providing exceptional patient care.
• Flexible testing times: With 40-minute appointments, you'll be able to provide high-quality, personalised care for each patient.
• Work primarily in single-clinic settings, supported by DO & OA, requiring the optometrist to be confident in working independently.
