Team Assistant - leading casting agency

We are really excited to be working with one of the UK’s leading casting agencies within the film and TV industry, who are looking for a Team Assistant to play an integral role within their growing team. For a Team Assistant who wants to be a part of a young, social team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, this role will provide the ideal candidate with the chance to take on a range of different duties and really learn and develop in the role. Working closely with clients and artists, the Team Assistant will need to manage multiple projects to ensure requirements are met for different shoots, building strong and lasting relationships, and keeping on top of ever-changing filming schedules, as well as turning their hand to logistics to assist with organising castings.

This role will suit a Team Assistant who has exceptional organisational skills, can remain calm under pressure, and manage multiple requests at any one time. With a real opportunity to develop and progress in the role, we are looking for a Team Assistant who is driven, personable and a pro-active, and would suit someone who wants to grow with the team and company.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 6.30pm, primarily based in the Wimbledon office with some travel required around the UK for castings, 21 days holidays + other lovely benefits
