HGV HIAB Driver Required
Location: Stoke-On-Trent, ST4
Pay: £15.50
Job Type: ad hoc, cover
Shift : 07:30am -16:30pm
The Best Connection are currently looking for a professional and dependable HGV HIAB Driver to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver who takes pride in delivering outstanding service while working safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering goods to customers ( typically 4 drops per shift)
- Operating a HIAB crane for safe loading and unloading.
- Conducting daily vehicle and equipment checks.
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
- Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining compliance records.
- Adhering to all road transport, health & safety, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Current HIAB certificate
- Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous HIAB driving experience.
- Good understanding of driver hours and transport regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious attitude.
