Gap Personnel is recruiting for Food Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a respected seafood manufacturer based in Paignton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where people are truly valued and treated well. The working environment is friendly, supportive, and offers genuine opportunities for temp-to-perm contracts for the right candidates.
Please note: As this is a seafood environment, there is a natural smell of crab in the factory. It’s not unpleasant, but candidates should be comfortable working in this setting.
The Role:
- Preparing, processing, and packing crab products on the production line
- Labelling and quality checking finished goods
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Assisting with general production and cleaning duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous food production experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
- Comfortable working in a seafood environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Benefits:

- Consistent hours: 07:00 – until Finish, Monday to Friday
