Senior International Tax Manager (100% Advisory, 100% remote)
£70k - £80k per annumA global, FTSE-Listed Fintech firm have a newly created opportunity for an International Tax Manager to join their UK HQ. This company is one of the most recognised Fintech companies in the country. They are the forefront of innovation in the digital finance industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional to play a key role in shaping the tax strategy of a rapidly growing and internationally focussed organisation.
The business are looking to build out a highly-qualified EMEA back office function, bulking out a current tax team of three with four additional hires across various pillars. This role will cover International Tax and report into Head of International Tax.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the EMEA intercompany recharge processes, keeping abreast of changes to the model
• Advising on corporate tax matters on cross border arrangements
• Assist the wider Tax and Finance function on all International Tax matters, researching solutions where required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and business development teams, to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions
Experience:
• ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified within Corporate/International Tax
• A good understanding of BEPS and its impact on multinationals
• Collaborative with a wider interest in Tax, ready and willing to push the Tax agenda across the wider business
• Adept in project management with good communication skills, especially when dealing with non-Tax personnel
