- Initiate, develop, and manage sales activities to support and deliver against business objectives
- Effectively utilise and maintain the CRM platform in line with company processes
- Lead demand generation, specification activity, and customer propositions to grow sales across the full Superglass product portfolio
- Deliver high-quality customer engagement through structured monthly call cycles, training sessions, and CPD presentations
- Take accountability for converting enquiries, specifications, and customer interactions into orders
- Provide market feedback on competitors, customer activity, project specifications, pricing, distribution, and delivery trends
- Offer professional technical advice, including site surveys, product support, and customer training to enhance market share
- Take ownership of delivering results aligned to the company’s business plan and strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to ensure accurate project tracking and delivery
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, actively promoting and protecting the Superglass brand
- Issue commercial quotations in line with company guidelines
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities
- Complete assigned tasks and provide regular reports in line with agreed deadlines
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated success within construction or technical sales
- Skilled in engaging with both end-users and supply chain partners
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand and respond to market dynamics
- Good knowledge of the sector, with the ability to apply this in a sales environment
- Confident in building and maintaining relationships at all levels
- A collaborative team player, able to work effectively within a close-knit sales environment
