Looking for help preparing weekly meals at home in the UK
I’m seeking a kind and reliable person to help me with meal preparation at my home. The goal is to plan, prep, and portion healthy meals for the week, with simple batch cooking and storage. I’d like someone who can create a balanced menu, accommodate dietary preferences (I’m vegetarian, and I avoid dairy), and label containers clearly. Experience with safe food handling and basic kitchen organization is important. If you have ideas for quick weekday dinners and can work around my schedule, please get in touch. I’m hoping for around 4–5 hours of cooking per session, with a flexible start time to fit my week.
