General Operative, Barnsley
£13 per hourA manufacturing company based in Barnsley town centre is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their busy team. The role is temporary but may lead to further work.
Details:
- Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm
- £13 per hour
- Immediate starts available
- Temporary on going role
Duties:
- Decanting of glass bottles
- Removing packaging and disposing of this
- Manual handling of stock
- Assisting with loading and unloading (handballing)
- Ensure the working area is always kept clean and tidy
- Shrink wrapping and palletising orders prior to despatch
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Requirements;
- Candidate must be physically fit due to nature of the role
- Own transport would be beneficial due to the location
- Previous experience working within a similar role would be desirable
- Strong attention to detail & ability to follow instructions
- Must be reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
