Lecturer in Film, TV and Stage Design

We are seeking an experienced practitioner with a strong background within the scenic design industries, combined with excellent experience within the Higher Education sector at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. You will demonstrate an understanding of inclusive pedagogical practices and have experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all learners are supported in achieving their full potential. A bridge between traditional practice and modern digital techniques and AI, the successful candidate will be able to future proof our students. Key Responsibilities Design teaching materials and deliver either across a range of modules or within a subject area. Supervise student projects, including, where appropriate, field trips, placements, and postgraduate projects. Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or enhancement. Undertake individual or collaborative research projects of relevance to the School/University.
