Social Media Content Creator

Off The Rails is a growing vintage clothing business specialising in premium vintage Ralph Lauren.

We're expanding our retail presence through concessions in Superdry stores, alongside our website, events, and other retail channels.  As we grow, we're looking for a creative, confident Content Creator to help bring the brand, our clothes and our stores to life across TikTok and Instagram.

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands TikTok, Reels, fashion and social-first content.  This is a hands-on creative role, filming and creating content around our vintage Ralph Lauren stock, attending new Superdry shop openings, creating styling and try-on videos, spotting trends and coming up with ideas that make people want to visit our shops or buy from us online.

The role offers a lot of creative freedom, so we're looking for someone who naturally understands the aesthetic we're going for, rather than someone who needs a script for every video.

What the Social Media Content Creator will be doing:

• Creating regular TikTok and Instagram Reel content for Off The Rails.
• Modelling and styling our vintage Ralph Lauren stock on camera.
• Creating outfit inspiration, try-ons, styling videos, product-focused content and trend-led videos.
• Attending Superdry store openings and launches to capture content.
• Filming inside our Superdry concessions to showcase new stock, restocks and what's available in each location.
• Creating content designed to drive customers into our physical stores.
• Creating content around new website drops and particularly good pieces of stock.
• Receiving selected stock to create content at home or out and about, rather than everything needing to be filmed in the shop.
• Coming up with creative concepts and identifying TikTok/Reels trends that suit the brand.
• Creating more spontaneous, personality-led content rather than everything feeling overly polished or like traditional advertising.
• Helping us test different content styles and learning what generates the most views, engagement, store visits and sales.
• Building a consistent visual identity and personality across our social channels.

• Confident and natural in front of the camera.

• Creative and full of ideas for short-form content.
• Someone who genuinely understands TikTok culture and current social trends.
• Interested in fashion, vintage clothing and styling.
• Able to create content that feels authentic rather than overly corporate or scripted.
• Comfortable filming, editing and producing content independently.
• Able to make a piece of clothing look desirable through styling, location and storytelling.
• Reliable and happy to travel to store openings and other locations when required.
• Comfortable being one of the recognisable faces associated with Off The Rails.

The Look & Feel

Our content sits somewhere between vintage Ralph Lauren, Superdry retail and modern fashion TikTok.
Think: Vintage Americana / preppy / collegiate / streetwear / classic Ralph Lauren styling — presented in a current, TikTok-friendly way.

We're looking for someone whose personal style and on-camera presence naturally work with that world.  The successful applicant doesn't need to already be a professional model or full-time influencer.  We'd much rather find someone who is likeable, confident, stylish, creative and understands what makes good content.
