What You’ll Be Doing:  

• Install, service, and maintain Solar PV systems across the South Coast.  
  

• Install and maintain battery storage systems  
  

• Confidently work at height on roof s  
  

• Handle a mix of residential, commercial, and retrofit projects  
  

• Keep safety front and centre , this company takes quality seriously  
  

Who you are and q ualifications :  

• CSCS card (valid and up to date) 
  

• At least 4 years’ electrical experience - ideally with hands-on solar PV + battery work  
  

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, plus 18th Edition Wiring Regulations  
  

• DBS check (this can be organised) 
  

• Working at Heights certification  
  

• SSSTS (bonus, but not essential) 
  

• Full, clean UK driving licence (over 21, for insurance  
  

• Strong health & safety awareness (especially rooftop work) 
  

• Calm, practical problem-solving someone others can trust on site  
  

• A positive, can-do attitude open-minded, dependable, and ready to contribute to the team  
  

What Makes or Breaks It:  

• Technical skills matter, but attitude matters more.  
  

• If you’re looking for solo work, this might not be the right fit , teamwork is part of the package here.  
  

• Hard work , team spirit, and buy-in are non-negotiables.
