Payroll and Pensions Manager will be working for a large and inspirational centre which has campuses in Cambridge and Huntington. Payroll and Pensions Manager will be working in a reputable college for its excellence in serval fields.
What will you be doing
Payroll and Pensions Manager will have the opportunity to shape and improve payroll and pensions services while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Details:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full HMRC/PAYE compliance.
- Manage and administer public sector pension schemes including Teachers' Pension Scheme (TPS) and Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
- Maintain and improve the iTrent payroll system, producing payroll reports, forecasts, and audit data.
- Oversee payroll audits and ensure all statutory returns and compliance processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Produce payroll-related reports, forecasts, and data to support finance and audit requirements
- Lead on audits and provide documentation and evidence as required
Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in Payroll and Pensions
