About the IT Support Team:
The IT team provides essential technical support across the school, ensuring systems run smoothly and lessons are fully supported.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line and second-line IT support
Maintain IT equipment and user accounts
Support AV and classroom technology
Assist with system upgrades and maintenance
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in an IT support or technician role
Strong understanding of hardware and software systems
Experience within a school environment (desirable)
Strong organisational skills
