• Maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of ICT equipment, including computers, networks, software, and peripherals.
• Providing first-line technical support to staff and students, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborating with teachers and administrators to integrate technology effectively across the curriculum, fostering innovative teaching and learning approaches.
• Developing and implementing the school's ICT strategy , aligning it with evolving technological advancements and the needs of the school community.
• Proactively monitoring and maintaining the school's network security , ensuring data integrity and safeguarding student and staff information.
• Contributing to the ongoing development of the ICT department , sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

About the Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A relevant technical qualification in ICT or a demonstrably strong understanding of ICT hardware, software, and network systems.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar educational or technical support role.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and find solutions to complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive working relationships with staff and students at all levels.
• A proactive and customer-service focused approach, committed to providing exceptional technical support.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
