Person Specification: * Qualifications: * You will need a Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy with evidence of continued professional development geared towards adult social care practice. * Registration and Compliance: * Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and possess strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding adults procedures. * An understanding of Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG), moving and handling legislation, and strengths-based practice frameworks is crucial.
