Pensions Administrator - Guernsey

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Pensions Administrator . This role involves all aspects of pension administration within the office, in support of the Client Services Team.

Due to the size of the operation, the role necessitates a wide range of responsibilities and all staff will have a variety of duties.

Responsibilities will include assisting the Client Services Team with the day-to-day administration of pension schemes, reporting to the Senior Pensions Administrators.

Duties will include c lient event maintenance, including direct contact with clients by telephone, email or letter; l iaising with intermediaries to whom services are provided; p reparing withdrawal requests for member pension benefit and Trustee fees; u pdating databases ; m anaging and responding to client instructions, including queries and requests; and d ealing with administrative tasks relating to pension structures .

Our client is seeking a candidate with GCSE qualification s (grade C or above) or equivalent in English and Maths , or equivalent relevant experience , with g ood organisational and communication skills , a d esire to continuously learn and improve skills , and you mujst be a ccustomed to working as part of a team.
